How do you charge for handyman services?
Small, hourly repairs are billed at our standard hourly rate with a 1-hour minimum. Larger, defined projects — like a bathroom tile job or kitchen cabinet installation — are quoted as a flat-rate fixed price. You always know the cost before we start.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, check, all major credit cards, and Zelle. For larger projects, we typically collect a deposit to begin and the balance upon completion. We never require full payment upfront.

How quickly can you respond?
We respond to online estimate requests within 1 hour during business hours. For phone calls, we typically answer immediately or call back within 30 minutes.
Do you offer same-day service?

What are your business hours?
Monday through Saturday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We’re closed Sundays. For genuine emergencies, call and leave a message — we monitor calls after hours for urgent situations.
Do you work on weekends?
Yes — we work Saturdays (7 AM to 6 PM). We’re closed Sundays. Saturday appointments are popular, so book early in the week to secure your preferred time.

Can I supply my own materials?
Absolutely. Many customers purchase their own tile, vanities, cabinets, or fixtures. We install whatever you provide. Alternatively, we can supply materials at competitive trade pricing.

What is your experience level?
Our owner has over 35 years of professional construction, remodeling, and handyman experience. That’s not a typo — 35+ years of hands-on expertise across residential repairs, full remodels, and everything in between.
Do you do plumbing and electrical work?
Yes — within the scope of handyman work: fixture installation, outlet replacement, ceiling fans, faucets, toilets, garbage disposals, and similar work. For licensed electrical panel work or main line plumbing, we refer to trusted licensed specialists.
Do you guarantee your work?
100% — on every project. We don’t consider a job complete until you’re fully satisfied with the results. If something isn’t right, we come back and make it right.
Do you clean up after the job?
Always. We use drop cloths, protective coverings, and clean up thoroughly at the end of every work day and at project completion. We treat your home with respect — that includes leaving it clean and tidy.

Is there a trip charge or travel fee?
No trip charge for locations within our standard Denver Metro service area. For areas at the outer edges of our coverage zone, we’ll let you know during the estimate process if any travel considerations apply.
