Full Job: $250 customer to supply garbage disposal R&R garbage disposal in existing sink with customer provided unit. Install using standard techniques and practices to existing plumbing and electrical connections. (Bid rate) Labor only

Full Job: $375 Removal or existing over the range microwave and installation of a new one Remove the old microwave, layout the mounting hardware, drill new vertical mounting holes, install the microwave, and verify the operation. customer to supply microwave. Does not include modification to house structure or venting. Includes disposal of old unit. (Bid rate) Labor Only

Full Job: $300. Remove and replace existing range hood with customer supplied replacement of same size and fit. R&R existing microwave or range hood with new range hood supplied by customer. Includes removal and disposal of old unit and installation attaching to existing ducting. Routing new ducting to exterior, wall/tile repair, or painting is a separate charge if required (not expected). Labor only (bid rate)

Door Adjustment /Repair

Full Job: $250 Pricing is for up to two doors Verify jamb is securely attached at door perimeter. Check and re-secure hinge screws. Tune screws and hinge clearance as needed. If sticking is due to incorrectly sized gap, remove and plane/sand door edge. Touching up door finish, if needed, is extra. (bid rate) Labor only
